We collect as little as possible, because the safest data is data we never have.

TankWatch. Your account is an email address. Your detector reports one bit of information — is the water high — plus battery status. That's the dashboard, and that's the database. No names, no phone numbers, no location.

Payments and shipping. Handled by our payment processor; card numbers and delivery addresses live in their PCI-audited vault, not with us.

On the device. Your WiFi credentials are stored on your detector with hardware flash encryption. They never transit our servers.

Our website. No trackers, no analytics cookies. If you email us, we see your email address — that's the extent of it.
